Software Support Consultant - Bookkeeping
To respond to and resolve customer queries and problems related to products and services contracted for support and maintenance between Legal Interact and the customer.
Key Outputs:
- Log Support Cases specific to Bookkeeping
- Troubleshoot/resolving incoming support cases specific to Winlaw and PM Accounts
- Bookkeeping investigations
- Call Reduction Initiatives
Qualifications:
Matric is a must, tertiary qualification in IT technology desirable.
Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in IT support
- Experience in working in a Bookkeeping environment, preferably in a Legal Firm.
Knowledge Required:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Self-management skills
- Ability to analyse and trouble shoot basic IT Software issues
- Prior knowledge of Legal Firms Business process knowledge
- Prior experience and knowledge in Bookkeeping within a legal practice preferably
- Experience in call centre or IT support
- Working with deadlines
- Delivering high quality customer service
Technical Skills:
- Prior experience in supporting software packages
- Ability to understand and basic methodology around problem to resolution troubleshooting
- Some exposure to networks in order to identify possible issues relating to server PC environments
