About Avantedge Group 

Avantedge Group is seeking a talented and versatile Content Writer to join our Marketing Department. The Avantedge Group specializes in legal software, medical software, wholesale foods, and contract management software. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling and engaging advertising, marketing and communications content across various channels to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth, contributing to lead generation and sales pipeline velocity for our various software solution across several industry verticals. 

Key Responsibilities 

Content Creation 

  • Develop high-quality content for diverse mediums, including blogs, long-form content, social media, sales collateral, emailers, newsletters, brochures, and paid advertising. 
  • Tailor content to effectively communicate with our target audience in the legal, medical, wholesale foods, and contract management software sectors – and adjacent sectors.


  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and generate creative ideas to enhance marketing campaigns.

Industry Knowledge 

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, developments, and competitors to ensure content is relevant and impactful. 
  • Conduct research to gather insights for creating content that resonates with B2B audiences.


  • Be a self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines. 
  • Take ownership of content projects from concept to completion.

B2B Experience 

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and tailor content strategies accordingly.

Content Strategy 

  • Content strategy skills are a bonus; contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive content plans aligned with marketing goals.

Qualifications and Skills 

  • Proven experience as a Content Writer with a focus on B2B content. 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and channels. 
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Understanding of different channels and marketing mediums. 
  • Familiarity with legal software, medical software, wholesale foods, or contract management software, or associated industries is advantageous, but not necessary.
