Job Purpose

A Product Specialist for a CLM tool serves as the key expert on the product, ensuring it meets the needs of legal teams, and contract administrators. They bridge the gap between product development, sales, marketing, and customer support to drive adoption, improve user experience, and optimize contract management workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Expertise & Support;
  2. Overseeing Contract Drafting, Review, and Obligation Management;
  3. Product Development & Innovation;
  4. Documentation;
  5. Creating and Managing Contract Labelled Data;
  6. Market & Competitor Analysis;
  7. Designing and Implementing Contract Workflows;

Giving expert legal insights to AI functionalities and Product Development.
