Junior Sales Consultant

Role Objective

To drive growth through executing sales strategies and providing essential pre-sales and sales support.  Engage with potential customers, conduct demos, assisting with demo preparation and research all while delivering exceptional service to potential and existing customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Execution
    • Present and explain Contract Corridor’s solutions to prospective clients.
    • Assist in closing smaller-scale sales opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Manage and update sales documentation, including proposals, pricing strategies and contracts.
  2. Pre-Sales Support
    • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.
    • Prepare customized presentations and materials for sales meetings and product demonstrations.
    • Coordinate logistics for product demonstrations and follow-up activities.
  3. Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients.
    • Address initial customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
    • Regularly update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.

 

  1. Collaboration and Learning
    • Work closely with senior sales consultants to learn best practices and strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns.
    • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital communication and sales platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product features.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar 3-year qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Pipedrive or other) and other sales tools
  • Exposure to B2B sales processes is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in the legal, contracting and technology sectors.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Sales or marketing certifications are advantageous but not required.
