Software Support Consultant
To respond to and resolve customer queries and problems related to products and services contracted for support and maintenance between Motovate and the customer.

- Log Support Cases
- Customer Communication
- Call Reduction Initiatives
- Version testing
- Installation/Upgrades
- Investigations - Bookkeeping
Qualifications:
Matric is a must, tertiary qualification in IT technology desirable.
Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in IT support
Knowledge Required:
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Self-management skills
- Experience in call centre or IT support
- Working with deadlines
Technical Skills:
- Must have prior experience in IT support, software, hardware and networking
- Ability to understand basic methodology around problem to resolution troubleshooting
