Software Support Consultant

To respond to and resolve customer queries and problems related to products and services contracted for support and maintenance between Motovate and the customer.

  • Investigations - Bookkeeping

Qualifications:

Matric is a must, tertiary qualification in IT technology desirable.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience in IT support

Knowledge Required:

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-management skills
  • Experience in call centre or IT support
  • Working with deadlines

Technical Skills:

  • Must have prior experience in IT support, software, hardware and networking
  • Ability to understand basic methodology around problem to resolution troubleshooting
