Support Consultant
Respond to and resolve customer queries and problems related to products and services contracted for support and maintenance between Legal Interact and the customer.
Job Duties:
- Log Support Cases
- Troubleshoot/resolve incoming support cases specific to PM Pro
- Bookkeeping investigations
- Call Reduction Initiatives
- Version testing
- Bookkeeping is done internally for smaller clients or to assist them in getting and staying up to date
Qualifications:
Matric and a tertiary qualification in Accountancy are a must.
Experience:
- At least 3 years experience in IT support
- Experience in working in a Bookkeeping environment, preferably in a Legal Firm.
Skills Required:
- Prior experience in supporting software packages
- Ability to understand and basic methodology around problem-to-resolution troubleshooting
- Some exposure to networks in order to identify possible issues relating to server PC environments
- Experience in a call centre or IT support
- Working with deadlines
- Delivering high-quality customer service
- Solid knowledge of PM Pro both from a CRM and Accounting
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Self-management skills
- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot basic IT Software issues
- Prior knowledge of Legal Firms Business process knowledge
- Prior experience and knowledge in Bookkeeping / Accounting within a legal practice preferable
