Support Consultant

Respond to and resolve customer queries and problems related to products and services contracted for support and maintenance between Legal Interact and the customer.

Job Duties:

  • Log Support Cases
  • Troubleshoot/resolve incoming support cases specific to PM Pro
  • Bookkeeping investigations
  • Call Reduction Initiatives
  • Version testing
  • Bookkeeping is done internally for smaller clients or to assist them in getting and staying up to date

Qualifications:

Matric and a tertiary qualification in Accountancy are a must.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years experience in IT support
  • Experience in working in a Bookkeeping environment, preferably in a Legal Firm.

Skills Required:

  • Prior experience in supporting software packages
  • Ability to understand and basic methodology around problem-to-resolution troubleshooting
  • Some exposure to networks in order to identify possible issues relating to server PC environments
  • Experience in a call centre or IT support
  • Working with deadlines
  • Delivering high-quality customer service
  • Solid knowledge of PM Pro both from a CRM and Accounting
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-management skills
  • Ability to analyse and troubleshoot basic IT Software issues
  • Prior knowledge of Legal Firms Business process knowledge
  • Prior experience and knowledge in Bookkeeping / Accounting within a legal practice preferable
