Trainer

Role Objective

To ensure the effective delivery of product knowledge and updates by creating engaging training content and conducting training sessions for internal teams. The role supports the development of skills across software support, implementations, sales, and marketing, ensuring alignment with Contract Corridor’s standards and goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Knowledge Expertise
    • Develop in-depth knowledge of Contract Corridor’s software products, features, and modules.
    • Stay updated on product changes, enhancements, and new releases.
  2. Content Creation
    • Design and create training materials, including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules, tailored to various audiences.
    • Design onboarding training strategies and competency assessments for new employees.
    • Ensure training content is clear, concise, and aligned with business objectives.
  3. Training Delivery
    • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for internal teams, including software support, implementations, sales, and marketing.
    • Use a variety of training methods to address different learning styles and needs.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make improvements as necessary.
    • Track onboarding learning paths of new joiners ensuring completion and assessing competencies for readiness to deliver in the business.
  4. Collaboration and Support
    • Work closely with product development, customer success, and other departments to ensure training materials reflect the latest product capabilities.
    • Provide feedback to relevant teams on common challenges faced during training or identified knowledge gaps.
  5. Continuous Improvement
    • Monitor and assess training needs across the organization, adapting programs as necessary.
    • Gather feedback from trainees to refine and enhance training programs.
    • Stay informed on best practices and trends in adult learning and training delivery.

  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar.
  • Basic understanding of video editing and e-learning content creation software is a plus.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in training design and delivery in a business environment.
  • Experience in SaaS or software development businesses is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of creating and delivering training to adult learners in English.
